Gardens
cameras were invented in the mid 19th century. The photographic opportunities they offer range from closeup shots of detail and texture to large expanses of colour and contrast; from parts of individual plants to spectacular landscapes. Photographing gardens mostly involves working in variable natural light and the subject changes with the seasons. This month, DIG members presented their selections of garden photographs. |
